FAQ: How soon will I see results?
We’ve had clients increase their fastball velocity by 7 mph in two months, improve their 60-yard dash by two-tenths in two weeks, and touch 100mph on the radar gun after an entire offseason of training, but you’ll never be promised a “BRX guarantee.” One thing we’ve learned in the last 18 months is that these results are being attained by the athletes who come into the gym with a determination and drive that is unmatched by most of their peers. If you consistently give 110% effort, follow the protocol to a T, and believe in yourself and the process, you can expect to see your athleticism and performance improve relatively quickly.
As a side note, how soon you see results is also influenced by the time of the year that you start training. Those who start during the summer/early fall when their body is already in "baseball shape" tend to see results the soonest. Those who start in winter when they're not in baseball shape will need to be more patient. Most don’t hit their best numbers in the winter or early spring - trust the process and know you'll be right where you need to be during the summer.
FAQ: How soon will I see results?
While there is a certain amount of equipment you’ll need to have access to, you won’t need to spend $1,000 on crazy equipment. Mandatory equipment includes: dumbbells, squat rack, resistance bands, and medicine balls. Preferred equipment includes: functional trainer (cable stack/cable cross), kettlebells, and thick resistance bands for resisted jumps. If you don’t have the preferred equipment, don’t worry – we include an exercise modifications guide with the program.
FAQ: Do I have to be a certain age to use the program?
As a general rule of thumb, we encourage athletes who have begun the puberty process to use the program. This usually means ages 14 and up.
FAQ: What if I have questions not answered here or once I pay for the product?
